Job summary

AutoJevi Oy is seeking a service-oriented supervisor and service technician to join our Turku area workshop. You will help keep the service department running smoothly, greet customers, assess needs, and coordinate technician work during busy times.

The role requires strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication in Finnish, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations. We offer modern tools, a stable team, and supportive management.

Qualifications

• Automotive education or strong practical experience in workshop supervision or service advisory.
• Good technical understanding of modern cars.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; fluent Finnish.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Good IT skills and experience with automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and reception, identify service needs and ensure quality handover.
• Plan and allocate work: organise mechanics’ schedules and keep on track.
• Prepare service quotes, order parts and keep the service system up to date.
• Communicate progress to customers via digital channels and photos/videos.
