Job summary

ABS1 Oy in Lempäälä is seeking an Automotive Painter / Surface Treatment Specialist to join the team. The role offers hands-on work, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to expand expertise in fiberglass lamination for van roof structures.

You can work in Finnish or English; prior experience is helpful but not required, with on‑the‑job training provided for lamination. This is a temporary agency position via Worknow with potential transition to ABS1 Oy payroll after six months.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in surface treatment and a solid foundation in finishing work.
• Some experience or training in spray painting is preferred.
• Careful and precise approach to work and a willingness to learn new processes.
