Rocsole Inc is seeking an Automation Engineer to create and maintain electrical documentation for Rocsole products, including wiring diagrams and schematics. You will support testing, commissioning, and after-sales activities, working with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide.
You will join TeamROCSOLE in Kuopio, Finland, with responsibilities spanning engineering changes, documentation updates, and remote/on-site support.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join #TeamROCSOLE!
In this position, you will create and maintain electrical and automation documentation for Rocsole products, including wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, cable drawings, and other related technical documentation. You will provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle and contribute to customer projects, commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and after-sales support together with Rocsole's Technical Support team.
You will work closely with our product development, production, and technical support professionals. Your responsibilities will include supporting electrical and functional testing, maintaining accurate product documentation, and ensuring that product modifications are properly reflected in drawings and technical materials.
You will also participate in factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities. When required, you will support customers remotely or on-site. Occasional international travel is therefore part of the role.
The right candidate is a structured and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working independently, but you also collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. You take pride in producing accurate technical documentation and providing professional support in practical engineering situations.
Equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience may also be considered.
