Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Seinäjoki to drive store results through excellent customer service and teamwork. You will act as the Store Manager's right hand, stepping in when needed, and support colleagues’ development while modelling best practices.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, fluent Finnish and English, and a commitment to a positive, trust-based store culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the retail sector or in customer service.
• Good coaching and team development skills.
• Problem-solving ability and a desire to take responsibility.
• Ability to get along well with different people; you are a good listener and have developed interaction skills.
• Good system skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English language skills.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to strong results through excellent customer service, productive collaboration and efficient daily routines.
• Act as Store Manager's right hand and take over responsibilities when necessary.
• Support colleagues, guide their development and serve as a positive role model.

• Leading your store to results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration and efficient daily routines.
• Being the Store Manager's right hand and ready to take over the Store Manager's responsibility when necessary.
• Supporting your colleagues and helping them reach their full potential by supporting their development and guiding them. You also act as a good role model.
• Building a trust-based work culture together with the Store Manager, which is positive and where constructive feedback is also given.
