Job summary

GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES) in Vantaa near Helsinki Airport is hiring Jet Engine Mechanics without prior aviation experience. You will join our hospital shop visit SPAH team to perform repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting on quick-turnaround engines.

We provide training to gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to specialize in CFM56-5B/7B, CF6-80C2 engines. The role is full-time and permanent, with a starting salary of 2522€/month, comprehensive benefits and career

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic in car industry, forestry, aviation, etc.
Ability to read technical drawings
Good English language skills; Finnish is a plus
Flexibility with working times
Strong motivation to learn and grow a career in jet engine maintenance
Positive and hard-working attitude
Good teamworking skills

Responsibilities

Perform repairs, inspections and troubleshooting on quick turnaround jet engines.
Join SPAH hospital shop visit team and contribute to maintenance tasks.
Participate in training to gain knowledge and hands-on experience in overhaul and repairs.
