Qualifikationen

• Broad-based understanding and practical proficiency in concept art, 3D art, and visual QA processes.
• Working knowledge of technical asset specifications (poly counts, texture compression, rigging constraints).
• Experience with asset review and project management workflows to deliver actionable critique under deadlines.
• Strong written communication to provide feedback to internal and external partners.
• Ability to advise teams and escalate critical decisions when appropriate.
• Proven track record of maintaining visual quality standards across live-service titles or a portfolio of games.
• Experience guiding external art outsourcing vendors directly and sustaining vendor relationships.

• Own and evolve comprehensive style guides across titles under the Live Service Team portfolio to maintain a high visual quality bar.
• Review outsourced assets and game releases to identify deviations and ensure style guide compliance before shipping.
• Monitor visual consistency across the portfolio and safeguard studio brand identities as titles evolve.
• Serve as the primary contact for external outsourcing and co-development partners on visual execution across all live titles.
• Provide external teams with clear, structured feedback grounded in style guides and technical specs.
• Track vendor visual performance to identify trends and inform vendor evaluation processes.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships while upholding the visual quality bar for all deliverables.
