Job summary

Beyond Arctic invites experienced Adventure Guides for the 2026-2027 winter season in Lapland, Finland, guiding small groups (up to 8) through Arctic landscapes, and helping guests capture Northern Lights and wildlife photos.

We offer training, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop in photography and hospitality. Positions available in Rovaniemi and Levi with competitive pay and seasonal bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages valued.
• Experience in outdoor guiding and leading groups.
• Customer service skills and passion for storytelling.
• Photography knowledge is a plus with training provided.
• Willingness for self-development in night photography and nature photography.
• Experience with photo editing software and cameras is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First aid certification preferred (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead small groups (up to 8) on Arctic adventures in Lapland.
• Provide guidance in photography techniques and use of equipment.
• Share stories about local culture, wildlife, and Arctic wonders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for a memorable experience.
• Ensure guest safety and well-being during activities.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
