Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner, headquartered in Dublin and delivering across Europe. We are seeking a CSA Lead (Architectural) to join our team.

You will oversee civil, structural and architectural elements of the hyperscale project, manage a 50+ strong team, and coordinate 20+ subcontractors with a combined package value over €200m, ensuring BIM processes and approvals are in place before construction on-site.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior project manager role overseeing large projects.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
• Experience delivering CSA elements within contracting environments is essential.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civils, structural and architectural elements of the hyperscale project.
• Manage a project team of 50+ including discipline leads, managers and engineers.
• Coordinate with 20+ subcontractors and packages valued > €200m.
• Ensure design elements and approvals are in place before construction.
• Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors.
