Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a motivated Graduate CSA Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience delivering civil, structural, and architectural works on major data centre projects across Europe.

You will participate from design coordination to site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness. You will engage with design teams and subcontractors, develop practical solutions, and build a strong engineering foundation through mentorship and exposure to turnkey data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of CSA principles and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of CSA works on site.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Support site inspections to monitor progress and quality of civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project standards.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and quality records.
• Assist in risk assessments and method statements for CSA activities.
• Contribute to problem-solving and technical solutions during construction.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is an advantage
