Are you an experienced data centre professional with a passion for leading complex design and construction projects from concept to completion?

We’re seeking a Client Lead Solutions Architect (CLSA) to join a growing data centre team in the Nordics, responsible for ensuring client requirements are efficiently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage all project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and handover materials.
• Drive quality, schedule, and budget performance while maintaining a strong client focus.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in construction or data centre delivery, including within mission-critical or complex infrastructure projects. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
