Overview

We employ approximately 35,000 employees in more than 50 countries, with 2024 sales of $8.8 billion. This role is for a highly skilled engineer with expertise in machine learning to join our team. The engineer will clean, preprocess, and analyze simulation and measurement data for machine learning-based training and will conduct research to apply machine learning methodologies to improve antenna models for efficiency and performance.
We are also involved in designing and developing applications for RFID readers and handheld reader devices running on Android and iOS, including communication through protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, NFC, and UHF RFID. Responsibilities
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze simulation and measurement data for machine learning applications.
  • Ensure the data is prepared and suitable for machine learning-based training.
  • Conduct research and apply machine learning methodologies to improve antenna models, making them more efficient and effective.
  • Design and develop mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Develop software solutions for RFID readers and handheld reader devices.
  • Establish communication with gateways using protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, NFC, and UHF RFID.
  • Work with SDKs and APIs to integrate hardware and software components.
  • Utilize pre-built libraries for device communication.
  • Implement intuitive user interfaces for data visualization and interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts and algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing data
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and Python tools
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, C#, Java, Swift, Kotlin
  • Experience developing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS
  • Understanding of communication protocols: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, NFC, UHF RFID
  • Hands-on experience with SDKs and APIs
  • Proficiency in English
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in modifying firmware for IC modules using appropriate communication protocols to meet application-specific requirements
  • Experience with CAD tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of the basics of RF Engineering
  • Basic understanding of RFID technology
