Are you an Application Specialist or senior third line Technical Support professional seeking a new challenge in a growing international business? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Applications team for one of market leading Data and Process Analysis software. You will have the opportunity to support leading European and Global clients in getting the most from our Wedge software.
Reporting into our Wedge Supply Manager and working closely with other Application Specialists and Software Engineers, you will provide first class high-level software support to end-users, field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, sophisticated software, and networked and/or wireless systems. You will be a key player in addressing issues where primary product support has not resolved equipment or software problems.
