Job summary

The Airport Network Support Administrator II – Video Surveillance Systems role focuses on technical support and administration for the Airport’s video surveillance assets. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cameras, recording servers, workstations, and network gear, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise CCTV experience, IP networking knowledge, and Windows environment expertise, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with four years of PC/LAN support experience.
• Microsoft/CCNA/CompTIA certifications may be required depending on position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, topologies, and protocols.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/server hardware and networks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networked video surveillance systems and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues affecting cameras, servers, and workstations.
• Document processes, provide end-user support, and coordinate with vendors and technical teams.
• Assist with system upgrades, security, and remote diagnostics.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and work independently or as part of a team.
