Job summary

CapsLock, a dynamic marketing company, seeks an AI Video Editor Team Lead to manage 3–7 editors, elevating output through mature processes and deep AI integration.

You will design automated workflows using Weavy, oversee quality control, and collaborate with Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Media Buyers to turn hypotheses into scalable, high-performing video campaigns for North American partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing video production/editing teams.
• Mature leader and problem solver who builds clear processes and guides the team.
• Strong project manager who ensures on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• AI & automation expertise: track latest AI tools and integrate them to automate workflows; lip-sync avatars and AI-generated footage.
• Performance marketing DNA with understanding of short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Fluent English — spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3 to 7+ AI-driven video editors.
• Build and enforce strict quality control across all outputs.
• Own task distribution and ensure clean, on-time delivery of projects.
