F-Secure seeks an AI-native Product Manager to lead a senior cross-functional pod in Helsinki. You will define problems, prototype solutions, and own end-to-end product outcomes in a fast-moving security context.

You will shape AI-native practices, govern compliance with EU AI Act and GDPR, and drive partner value across a B2B2C ecosystem. Hybrid work is available, with HQ meetings in Helsinki as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product with end-to-end ownership and shipping to production.
• Hands-on AI literacy; able to prototype with AI tooling.

Are you a product leader who thinks in systems, ships prototypes instead of decks, and gets energised by building something genuinely new? We are looking for an AI-Native Product Manager to join F-Secure at a defining moment: our transition to an AI-native product organisation. You will operate as coach and player in a small, senior cross-functional pod, bringing product direction, hands‑on prototyping, and end‑to‑end accountability together in one seat.

You will work at the intersection of F-Secure strategy and our market‑leading scam protection products, shaping what AI-native actually means in practice across our B2B2C partner ecosystem. Your work will reach tens of millions of users and directly influence how our service provider partners deliver digital security to their customers.

You will belong to the Product Management organisation but work in a senior, cross‑functional pod with a fast learning culture and fluid roles. Joining this team means you will help write the playbook, not follow one.

This role is based in Helsinki, Finland, with a hybrid working model. We hope you are able to join us for common team gatherings at our Helsinki HQ when needed.

Our estimated salary range for this role is 7,000 - 9,000 EUR/month, based on your experience and skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the problem and the definition of good. Be the person on the team who knows what a good outcome looks like -- the problem definition, the target user/partner value, and the measurable quality bar.
• Own the evaluation framework. Because AI outputs are non-deterministic, you define the eval rubrics, the scoring, the human-in-the-loop review gates, and the production quality monitoring that keep the team output honest.
• Work prototype‑first, not document‑first. Replace the PRD‑and‑review cycle with working prototypes that create alignment fast. Use AI to explore several designs and technical approaches in parallel.
• Build compliance and trust in by design. Ensure high‑risk AI features ship with audit‑ready evaluation and documentation from day one (EU AI Act / CRA), treating governance as an architecture property, not a checklist at the end.
• Drive partner value in the B2B2C model. Translate partner needs into product outcomes, keep the feedback loop between builders and real customers tight, and balance partner‑facing speed against shared‑capability leverage.
• Help drive the transition, not just live in it. Pilot AI‑native ways of working, show what good looks like in practice, and spread the operating model -- playbooks, eval patterns, and new career roles for the AI era.

What are we looking for?

• Senior product leadership: 7+ years in product with at least senior‑level scope, owning a problem space end‑to‑end and shipping to production, ideally in software/platform or security/privacy‑sensitive domains.
• Applied AI literacy, hands‑on. You can reason about LLM/agent behaviour, prompt and orchestration design, model trade‑offs, and where non‑determinism breaks traditional product assumptions. Comfortable prototyping with AI tooling personally.
• Evaluation craft. You have designed or owned an evaluation or quality framework and can demonstrate mastery of this discipline.
• Prototype‑first instinct. You can turn ideas into prototypes and use them to create alignment and explore multiple paths in parallel.
• Governance and compliance fluency. Working understanding of EU AI Act (high‑risk obligations), CRA, GDPR, CCPA, and SOC2, and their impact on product management.
• Systems thinking and strong judgment. You can operate as a decision‑maker in a small senior team, say what to build, and defend what good is with data.
• Cross‑functional fluidity. You thrive without rigid role boundaries, collaborate tightly with engineers, designers, and evaluation specialists, and are comfortable with roles that blur and evolve based on team needs.

You get bonus points for:

• Experience in consumer security, anti‑scam/anti‑fraud, trust and safety, or privacy tech.
• B2B2C or partner/OEM/SDK distribution experience.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, on‑device/edge model deployment, or model routing and federation.
• Experience establishing an operating model or playbooks and mentoring other PMs.
• Ability to read code and debug AI output enough to collaborate credibly with agentic engineers.
