What You'll Do

• Set up AI agents and automation. They leave your session with AI actively working for them, not just a list of things to try later.
• Turn hesitation into action. Some will be skeptical, some overwhelmed—you help them see the opportunity and say, “Let’s go.”
• Keep momentum high. AI adoption doesn't stop after one session. You check in, guide next steps, and make sure AI sticks.
