Job description

Kemppi Oy is looking for an AI Enablement Manager to lead its transition from an AI-assisted company to an AI-enabled and AI-driven company. This new role will identify how AI can improve business performance, decision-making and operating models, and deliver measurable business value. The focus is on business transformation, value realisation and AI adoption across the organisation. You will own the AI opportunity portfolio, AI adoption framework and transformation roadmap, along with value tracking and reporting and the development of AI awareness and capabilities.

Basic information

  • Location: Lahti or Kemppi’s Tripla office in Helsinki. You can be based anywhere in Finland, provided you are willing to travel to the office when needed.
  • Working model: A highly flexible hybrid model with extensive opportunities for remote work.
  • Preferred start date: As soon as possible

Key responsibilities

  • AI opportunities and roadmap: facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience and efficiency, and build and maintain the AI opportunity portfolio and roadmap. Prioritise initiatives based on business value, feasibility and strategic relevance, and support business cases and value assessments for AI investments.
  • Operating model transformation: help business leaders and process owners assess how AI affects processes, responsibilities and decision-making. Identify opportunities to augment, automate and orchestrate work with AI, and advance AI-first thinking across the company.
  • Adoption and change: promote awareness and effective use of AI solutions, establish AI champion networks and key user communities, and develop guidance, training content and adoption practices. Engage employees and build readiness for change.
  • Business value realisation: define measurable success criteria and value metrics for AI initiatives, monitor adoption and realised benefits, and report to management on AI maturity, progress and business outcomes.
  • Business and ICT alignment: translate business needs into actionable development requirements and ensure that solutions remain aligned with business objectives and user needs. Bring AI ideas and thinking into R&D and share practices from R&D with the wider organization.
  • Controlled and responsible adoption: contribute to the assessment of solutions from the perspectives of risk management, business continuity and regulation, working with the responsible functions.

What Kemppi expects from you

  • Practical AI expertise and experience in participating in or delivering AI transformation, as well as business change. Experience of completing a large-scale, organisation-wide AI transformation is not required.
  • A strong understanding of how AI can be integrated into business processes, operating models and decision-making. Broad, hands‑on enterprise AI experience with real tools and solutions is an ideal starting point.
  • High‑level technical understanding of platforms such as Foundry and Kiro, MCP and interface solutions, and ERP, CRM and analytics applications in a cloud‑native environment. Language model development or deep algorithm expertise is not required.
  • The ability to drive change at all levels, engage and inspire people, and turn the bigger picture into clear priorities and action. You listen to others, lead discussions and stay firm when needed to move change forward.
  • The ability and willingness to learn and take ownership of your understanding of compliance and regulatory topics.
  • English language skills for working in an international core team. Finnish is a significant advantage, but is not mandatory.

What Kemppi offers you

You will shape a new role with a mandate from senior management and a company‑wide scope of influence. You will be supported by an existing roadmap, well‑established AI adoption and a manager who understands the overall direction and will remain involved as your sparring partner.

As AI evolves rapidly, the role offers continuous opportunities to explore new solutions, put ideas into practice and deepen your own expertise. Working closely with business leaders and technical specialists, you will see how your work translates into practical improvements across the organisation.

A modern, cloud‑native and international environment, together with ERP and CRM transformations, offers concrete opportunities to reshape business through AI. This is an ongoing development journey where you can influence both ways of working and the progress of change. The flexible remote working model enables you to work from different locations in Finland.
