Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PRINCE2® or similar certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate project risk assessments during sales and execution phases.
• Ensure consistent application of ES Upgrades risk management processes, tools, and governance.
• Support teams in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and responding to risks and opportunities.
• Drive high-quality risk register maintenance, action follow-up, and risk reporting.
• Coach stakeholders, facilitate workshops and trainings, and promote a proactive risk-aware culture.
• Drive the adoption of AI, business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, automated reporting, and predictive project health indicators.
• Analyze trends and lessons learned and integrate risk management with planning, scheduling, cost control, contract management, and change management.
• Prepare risk overviews for management and steering forums and support portfolio-level visibility and escalation.
