Job description

For our client in banking, we are looking for an AI Demand Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop governance framework and processes for collecting, curating, prioritizing, and overseeing AI demand across Nordea.
2. Collaborate with the central team to embed AI demand into Nordea organization.
3. Manage stakeholders from business units and internal functions.
4. Operationalize and run demand management within the central team.
5. Prepare decision material related to prioritization and communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in AI development and implementation.
• Understanding of AI in the context of a large enterprise.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
