Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an Advisory AI Data Specialist in Helsinki, Finland, to make customer data AI-ready and scalable on Dell infrastructure. You will map data landscapes, build integrations, and configure governance and access controls for production deployments.

Responsibilities include leading data readiness assessments, transforming data for PoV and production solutions, and coaching customer data engineers on building AI-ready data pipelines with compliant governance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4–8+ years in data engineering or AI data roles.
• Experience with data readiness assessments and analytics preparation.
• Hands-on data integration, ETL/ELT, and AI-ready data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead data readiness assessments and catalog data assets, ownership, quality and accessibility.
• Perform data integrations and transformations to prepare AI-ready datasets.
• Configure governance controls including access, sensitive data handling and retention.
• Define pipelines that deliver AI-ready data with security and privacy controls.
• Ensure PoV pipelines are production-ready with monitoring and reliability.
