Job Description

We are expanding our Neurology team in North-East Finland and are currently seeking an ACCOUNT MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our migraine treatment portfolio to healthcare professionals throughout Eastern and Northern Finland
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including neurologists, general practitioners, and healthcare institutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to cross-functional brainstorming and business development
  • Actively monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and other internal teams to deliver impactful customer engagement
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the Business Unit Manager
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and building long-term partnerships
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently, manage your territory holistically, and adapt to new challenges
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Finland
