  • Act as a trusted advisor to your assigned clients, helping them achieve business success with Matrix42 solutions.

  • Own the relationship: Manage renewals and drive expansion within your named accounts.

  • Craft and execute strategic account plans to ensure retention, adoption, and growth.

  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, articulating business value and a compelling vision.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across business units.

  • Monitor account health and proactively address challenges.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts of your monthly and annual pipeline.

Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management within the software or SaaS space.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at executive levels.

  • Track record of commercial success, contract negotiation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Native-level Finnish and fluent English.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from our Espoo office.

  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face customer meetings within Finland.
