A leading company in the cleaning services industry is seeking a Cleaning Services Instructor in Sotkamo. We are looking for a Cleaning Services Instructor for the Sotkamo area.

As an Services Instructor, you will work under the Service Manager and be responsible for guiding and supporting cleaning staff in their daily work. You will act as a key link between employees and management and serve as the main point of contact for customers. The role also includes hands-on cleaning tasks as well as supporting onboarding and training processes for new employees.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week). Working hours vary and may include morning, daytime, and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. The position will begin as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Salary is determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Property Services Sector, and as of August 1, 2025, it will be €13.52/hour.
Previous experience and/or training in cleaning services is an advantage, but more important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability. You are customer-oriented and contribute positively to the work atmosphere with your attitude. Since the work involves travel across a wide area, a drivers license is required.
The position requires fluent Finnish and English language skills. Russian language skills are highly beneficial and preferred. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit at the time of applying.
