Job summary

MacGregor is seeking a Designer for its Cargo Stowage Solutions line in Kaarina, Finland. You will develop and maintain parametric 3D models and design tools for our products, coordinating with R&D to update standard components.

You should have 3D modeling experience, a engineering degree, and real expertise in design automation systems. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with PLM systems is a plus. You will join an international, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Bachelor/Master) required.
• 5+ years of experience with 3D design tools and 3D modelling.
• Experience with design automation and understanding of complex product structures.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and develop 3D design automation tools.
• Collect usage feedback and apply improvements.
• Coordinate training for design tool users and support design projects.
• Contribute to engineering environment development activities.
