Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change management initiatives and drive adoption of platform tools. The role requires collaboration with product and platform engineering teams and a focus on stakeholder engagement.

The position is hybrid (60% remote) with a permanent contract. English proficiency at a professional level is expected, and a career development plan with ongoing learning opportunities is offered.

• Lead organizational change management initiatives to support platform transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and standardized ways of working.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, including release announcements, roadmap updates, newsletters, and awareness campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineering teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
• Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable insights, helping prioritize improvements and enhance the overall platform experience.
• Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and training programs that empower users to effectively leverage platform services and capabilities.
• Foster and manage internal communities through events, workshops, hackathons, office hours, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen user engagement and platform advocacy.

• Years' experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), driving user adoption, engagement, and communication initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
• English: Professional working proficiency.
