Reboot Monkey in Zaragoza, Spain is seeking a Data Center Technician to provide on-site support at local data center facilities. You will perform Remote Hands and Smart Hands tasks, rack installations, hardware swaps, and on-site diagnostics to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on DC experience, solid knowledge of server hardware and cabling, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards.
• Strong communication skills in English; commuting proximity to Zaragoza is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support for cabling, power cycling and hardware swaps.
• Install and decommission server racks; manage cross-connects and patch panels.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and run diagnostics to maintain uptime.
• Perform visual inspections and inventory audits of DC equipment.
• Coordinate client access and escort for visits; ensure security compliance.
• Be on-call for urgent requests and respond to incidents as needed.
