Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Arganda del Rey, Spain. This full-time role supports critical data center infrastructure, including server/network equipment, cabling, and environmental monitoring.

The candidate will install, configure, and maintain hardware, manage cabling (Cat6/6a and fiber), and respond to incidents with strong documentation skills. On-call rotations and night/weekend shifts may apply. Experience with DCIM and ITIL is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Data center certifications preferred (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE).
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) preferred.
• Network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) preferred.
• Experience with DCIM platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
