Job summary

TWDC Iberia S.L., part of The Walt Disney Company (EMEA), Madrid, invites applications for a YouTube Kids Intern to support the regional team in day-to-day operations, asset management, and strategy execution for Disney's YouTube Made-For-Kids channels.

You will help with metadata optimization, editorial curation, Airtable planning, QA for publishing, and regional coordination of campaigns, while developing analytics skills in YouTube Studio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital media, Communications or similar.
• Experience with YouTube or social media roles.
• Basic knowledge of automation, coding, or scripting.
• Knowledge of Kids media market.
• Audience and digital performance metrics experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Optimize thumbnails, metadata and localized assets.
• Support creation of Kids compilations and updating Livestreams.
• Maintain monthly calendars and trackers in Airtable.
• Ensure video links meet timelines and formats.
• Coordinate regional campaigns and asset approval workflows.
• Extract metrics from YouTube Analytics for reports.
