Biddeo, part of Kimia Group, is seeking a Junior Video Campaigns Specialist to design and execute digital video campaigns across YouTube and social platforms. You will optimize campaigns to hit CPV, CPM, and VTR targets, analyze performance, and deliver concise reports.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and other major networks, plus strong Excel skills and English proficiency. You will join a young, dynamic team in Madrid, with opportunities to grow your career in online

Formación

• 6–12 months of video campaign management on YouTube through Google Ads.
• Hands-on campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Strong data analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Independent work with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement digital media plans focused on video campaigns.
• Create, set up, and launch campaigns on YouTube through Google Ads.
• Manage video campaigns on social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CPV, CPM, VTR, etc.).
• Analyze results and deliver clear, actionable reports.
• Keep up to date with best practices, trends, and platform changes.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement digital media plans focused on video campaigns.
• Create, set up, and launch campaigns on YouTube through Google Ads.
• Manage video campaigns on social platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CPV, CPM, VTR, etc.).
• Analyze results and deliver clear, actionable reports.
• Keep up to date with best practices, trends, and platform changes.

Requisitos mínimos

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of experience managing video campaigns on Google Ads (YouTube).
• Hands-on knowledge of campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose optimizations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Working knowledge of Excel.
