Engineering Oil & Gas Company seeks a Yard Subcontracts Manager to lead the team of Subcontract Engineers and Administrators at the Mozambique LNG project with work located in China, Haimen. You will ensure adherence to subcontract administration, manage communications with subcontractors, and monitor performance to protect project schedules and budgets.

The role requires minimum 5 years in prefabrication piping and module fabrication contexts, with a strong focus on cost control, change

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in prefabrication piping and modules fabrication contexts.
• Experience leading subcontract teams and administering subcontracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team of Subcontract Engineers/Administrators.
• Ensure the Subcontract Administration procedure is implemented and followed by Subcontractors.
• Initiate and respond to letters and notices to and from Subcontractors as needed.
• Monitor the performance of Subcontractors.
• Review and validate progress payments submitted by Subcontractors.
• Support the project management team in identifying variations or claims affecting the project program and forecasts.
• Analyze Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions, Deviation Requests to determine cost impacts and lead price negotiations with Subcontractors.
• Ensure extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages, and close-out of Subcontracts are processed according to procedures.
• Actively participate in change management and forecast analysis.
• Ensure issuance of Completion Certificates.
• Regularly update Subcontracts Forecasts analysis.
• Manage the commercial close-out of Subcontract Agreements.
• Collect and share lessons learned, feedback, and experiences on construction issues and criticalities.
