Baltic Yachts in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the Service & Refit team. You will work on repairs, modifications and installations of custom interior and exterior wooden components onboard luxury yachts.

Formación

• Technical training in carpentry or related field.
• Experience in carpentry, including construction, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures and furniture.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset.
• Highly motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with changing priorities.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and/or English.

Responsabilidades

• As a Carpenter, you will work on refit and maintenance projects, including repairs, modifications, and installation of custom interior and exterior wooden components onboard yachts.
• Working closely with project managers, technicians, and other skilled trades to deliver projects to high standards of quality and finish.
• Your craftsmanship will be visible onboard some of the world’s most advanced luxury yachts.
