Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid is offering a curricular practicum internship for final-year engineering students. You will prepare a final year project related to link budget simulation for airborne platforms, under part-time supervision.

The program runs February–July 2027, with continuous tutor support and a final project (TFG) presentation on completion. English proficiency is required; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Studying Degree in aeronautical/aerospace, industrial, electronic, or telecommunications engineering.
• High level of English proficiency (Minimum level B2, C1 desirable).
• Spanish, French, and/or German will be considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a link budget simulation tool for connectivity evaluation across Line of Sight and Satellite links.
• Develop the GUI interface and integrate ITU recommendations for various communication scenarios.
• Validate the tool with test cases and collaborate with international teams.
