Engineering Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Commissioning Process Superintendent to lead safe, efficient commissioning, start-up and operation of the Production Plant, process and related systems worldwide.

You will manage shift planning, isolate control systems, coordinate licensors and vendors, and ensure compliance with HSE policies throughout pre-commissioning, start-up and normal operation.

Formación

• 5–10 years’ experience in commissioning and related leadership roles.
• 10–15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas sectors with proven operational knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the production plant safely and efficiently within policies.
• Lead commissioning, start-up and operation across plants, CCR and instrumentation.
• Report and investigate incidents, support safety reviews, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with licensors/vendors, approve work orders under PTW, and manage isolation procedures.
• Prepare shift schedules and supervise supervisors/operators during comm/start-up and normal operation.
