Fujitsu is seeking a senior IT architect/lead engineer to drive Modern Workplace initiatives in a large enterprise setup in Spain. You will shape architecture, governance, and roadmaps, leveraging AI-driven workplace solutions to enhance end-user productivity.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, vendor evaluations, and designing scalable, future-proof workplace strategies, with opportunities for career development and flexible benefits.

Qualifikationen

• More than 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Technical Design roles.
• Proven ability to design and govern Modern Workplace solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid IAM knowledge: authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, identity governance.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, standards, and long-term workplace strategies.
• Ability to design scalable solutions supporting growth, mergers, and workforce expansion.
• Experience driving automation via APIs, scripting, workflows, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, or AI-driven workplace solutions.
• Strong focus on end-user productivity, adoption, and service quality.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• More than 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in an Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Technical Design role.
• Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or similar valuable.
• Proven experience designing and governing Modern Workplace solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and long-term workplace strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions supporting business growth, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce expansion.
• Experience driving automation initiatives through APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, or AI-driven workplace solutions.
• Strong focus on end-user experience, productivity, adoption, and service quality improvements.
• Experience leading technology evaluations and strategic technology decisions.

Nice to have...

• Experience with JAMF and Apple device management.
• Experience with workplace security architecture and endpoint security integration.
• Knowledge of workplace automation and self-service design principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Understanding of meeting room technologies, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• Higher Technician qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration or a similar field.
