Job summary

Fujitsu Limited seeks an experienced IT architecture leader to shape Modern Workplace strategy for large enterprises. You will drive IAM, identity governance, and secure collaboration across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, and Intune while guiding roadmaps and automation initiatives.

You will collaborate with business units to design scalable, future-ready solutions that support growth, mergers, and employee experience improvements in a country-wide, flexible location setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in Architecture/Lead Engineer/Technical Design roles.
• Superior Technician qualification in Management of Compute Systems or similar.
• Proven experience designing and governing Modern Workplace solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid IAM knowledge: authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, identity governance.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, architecture standards and long-term workplace strategies.
• Ability to design scalable solutions for growth, mergers and workforce expansion.
• Experience driving automation via APIs, scripting, workflows or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot or AI-driven workplace solutions.
• Focus on end-user experience, productivity, adoption and service quality improvements.
• Experience leading technology evaluations and strategic technology decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience driving automation initiatives through APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, or AI-driven workplace solutions.
• Strong focus on end-user experience, productivity, adoption, and service quality improvements.
• Experience leading technology evaluations and strategic technology decisions.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with JAMF and Apple device management.
• Experience with workplace security architecture and endpoint security integration.
• Knowledge of workplace automation and self-service design principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Understanding of meeting room technologies, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• Higher Technician qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration or a similar field.
