Strada is seeking a Workday consultant to become a hands-on subject matter expert, translating customer requirements into Workday configurations with support from your team. You’ll build strong relationships, apply Strada methodologies, and drive successful delivery across several concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, can work independently or with a team, and holds a Bachelor’s degree or is in final year.

A typical day can include:

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management.
• Understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team
• Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies
• Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects

• Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or candidates who are in their final academic year
