GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Wind Turbine Controls Technical Leader to own turbine control software across systems and components. You will develop products, drive cost-out competitiveness, and improve AEP and performance for wind farms.

The role includes leading a team of controls engineers, aligning with wind engineering, and engaging customers to ensure successful fleet monitoring and issue resolution. Strong leadership and Agile experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in Electrical/Controls/Mechanical engineering with Renewable Energy emphasis preferred.
• Proven experience in software development relevant to wind turbine control system design.
• Proficient in Matlab/Simulink.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of controls engineers from requirements to production release and post-release support.
• Provide technical vision for state-of-the-art software solutions in wind turbine controls.
• Lead design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of controls software.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint activities and metrics.
• Coordinate across teams to align with project goals and timelines.
• Engage with customers to drive fleet monitoring and issue resolution.
