Siemens Energy seeks a Product Manager focused on Wind Power and SCADA to bridge business needs with agile development across OT software. You will own the product direction and work with operators and service teams to deliver practical, scalable digital solutions.

You will translate wind farm operational challenges into clear requirements, balancing strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on agile delivery and maintaining cost awareness and technical feasibility to maximize value.

Formación

Master’s degree in software engineering or similar.
Hands-on understanding of wind farm operations.
Experience in Product Management or similar roles.
Strong business mindset with cost efficiency focus.
Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and business domains.

Responsabilidades

Act as Product Manager for OT software and SCADA-related solutions, owning prioritization and value delivery across agile teams.
Translate wind farm operational challenges into product requirements for practical, customer-focused solutions.
Balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on involvement in agile delivery teams.
Drive prioritization based on business value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.
