• Master’s degree in software engineering or similar.
• Hands-on understanding of wind farm operations and the challenges faced by operators and service organizations.
• Proven experience working both strategically and operationally within Product Management or similar roles.
• Strong business mindset with focus on cost efficiency, maintainability, and pragmatic decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.

Ideally, you have knowledge from the energy sector - maybe you even have a hands‑on understanding of how wind farm operators work and the daily challenges they face, translating this into scalable and maintainable digital solutions. You operate across both strategic and operational levels – shaping product direction while working closely with teams to ensure efficient delivery.
