You will support application management activities, engage stakeholders, perform business analysis, manage requirements, and drive agile delivery for web platforms that deliver business value.

Work with a multinational team across Spain, Poland, and Switzerland to deepen expertise in our Corporate Websites ecosystem and ensure long-term continuity and evolution of business-critical web

Formación

• Experience in application management or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and delivery plans.
• Familiarity with enterprise web platforms or CMS, especially AEM.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

We are looking for an Application Manager to join our Corporate Websites team in Madrid.

In this role, you will support application management activities, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, requirements management, and agile delivery processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and platform teams to ensure our corporate web platforms continue to deliver business value in a reliable and sustainable way.

As part of an international team spanning Spain, Poland, and Switzerland, you will progressively develop deep functional knowledge of our Corporate Websites ecosystem and contribute to the long-term continuity and evolution of business-critical web platforms.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize demand, and ensure delivery of business value.
• Gather, analyze, and manage business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Support and coordinate application lifecycle activities including releases, changes, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, platform teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Develop functional expertise across the Corporate Websites ecosystem and progressively take on broader responsibilities within key business-critical platforms.
• Support agile delivery processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate web applications.

What You Bring

• Experience in Application Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar stakeholder-facing roles.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Experience working with enterprise web platforms or CMS solutions, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive and structured approach, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating within international teams.
