Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Project Design Manager to join our office in Madrid, Barcelona or Seville and support our work with the @one Alliance as part of a remote design and build team. You will lead the design process from feasibility through detailed design, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable infrastructure.

You will act as Principal Designer under CDM and drive digital design excellence using BIM and 3D modelling, while mentoring junior engineers

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of design teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with CDM regulations and safety governance.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the design process on major capital projects from concept to detailed design.
• Ensuring design outputs are integrated to meet operational, commercial and environmental objectives.
• Acting as Principal Designer under CDM regulations and managing design risk.
• Driving digital design excellence with BIM and 3D modelling to improve coordination.
• Encouraging innovation and low-carbon, cost-effective solutions.
• Liaising with project leaders to plan and allocate design resources.
• Building strong relationships with operators, contractors, regulators and communities.
• Mentoring junior engineers and designers and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Promoting collaboration across disciplines and a one-team mindset.
