Job summary

Liebherr Ibérica, S.L. is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join the After-Sales team in Spain. The role focuses on spare parts management, receipt and delivery to customers, the workshop, and field service technicians.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial warehouses or logistics, knowledge of stock control, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Baan or SAP. Opportunities for professional development and a dynamic work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial warehouses, logistics, or machinery/automotive sectors.
• Basic computer skills with standard office applications.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Baan and/or SAP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain stock traceability and inventory accuracy within the system.
• Manage transportation and shipping activities.
• Deliver orders to both internal and external customers.
• Manage warehouse documentation and administrative processes.
• Provide operational support to the Parts Department, the Workshop, and Field Service Technicians.
• Support other departments in the management of materials passing through the warehouse.
• Collaborate in internal logistics operations.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and other standard office applications).
