Job summary

Liebherr Ibérica, S.L. in Spain is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support After-Sales by ensuring receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts to customers, the workshop, and field service teams.

You will maintain stock traceability, manage shipping, handle warehouse documentation, and provide operational support to Parts Department, Workshop, and Field Technicians. Experience with ERP systems (Baan or SAP) and forklift certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Forklift license/certification required.
• Experience in industrial warehouses or logistics.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Baan and SAP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Technician to join our After-Sales team, with the objective of ensuring the proper management of spare parts and materials, including the receipt and delivery of spare parts to customers, the workshop, and field service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain stock traceability and inventory accuracy within the system.
• Manage transportation and shipping activities.
• Deliver orders to both internal and external customers.
• Manage warehouse documentation and administrative processes.
• Provide operational support to the Parts Department, the Workshop, and Field Service Technicians.
• Support other departments in the management of materials passing through the warehouse.
• Collaborate in internal logistics operations.

Competencies

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and other standard office applications).
• Forklift operator licence/certification.
• Experience in industrial warehouses, logistics, or the machinery and automotive sectors.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Baan and/or SAP) will be considered an advantage.
