The role requires at least 1 year in a similar luxury-hotel warehouse, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and a professional training in Administration and Finance.

Specifically, it reopened as a fully transformed 5-star destination. The hotel sits directly on the beachfront along Marbella’s scenic promenade. Therefore, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Attendant / Storekeeper (Mozo/a de Almacén) in Marbella, Spain.

In this essential support role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Purchasing and Provisions (Jefe/a de Economato) to manage hotel supplies. Specifically, you will receive goods from suppliers, manage inventory rotation (FIFO), organize cold rooms and storage spaces, and prepare orders for hotel departments. By doing so, you will combine your organizational skills with strict health and safety standards.

Your Mission: Inventory Precision & Storehouse Excellence

Your primary goal involves driving supply operational success across our 5-star resort. To achieve this, you will execute goods receiving, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment. At the same time, you will keep all storage rooms and cold chambers pristine. Therefore, you will enforce FIFO rotation rules, prepare internal department orders, and conduct stock audits. As a result, you will eliminate supply bottlenecks and protect our hotel’s reputation for luxury excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provisions Collaboration: Work alongside the Head of Provisions to define supply and material requirements for all hotel departments.
• Goods Reception & Quality Check: Receive supplier deliveries following company standards and strict hygiene-sanitary regulations.
• Inventory Control: Perform pre-inventory stock checks and participate directly in official warehouse inventory audits.
• Storage & FIFO Management: Organize cold rooms and storage spaces, enforcing direct First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation for all goods.
• Department Order Fulfillment: Receive internal requisitions and prepare supply packages for delivery to various hotel departments.
• Warehouse Order & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper restocking procedures across all storage zones according to resort standards.

Who You Are: The Reliable & Methodical Logistics Specialist

• Proven Foundations: You bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse position within 5-star luxury hotels (e.g., Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels & Resorts).
• Software Fluency: You demonstrate proficiency in SAP software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Educational Background: Vocational training (Grado Medio or Superior) in Administration and Finance is highly valued.
• Key Competencies: You exhibit physical stamina, detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
