La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel, Mallorca, is seeking a waiter to join our culinary team across El Olivo, Miró or Tramuntana Grill. You will deliver exceptional service and elevate our gastronomic and beverage experiences for discerning guests.

The role requires experience in fine dining or luxury hotels, great knowledge of service standards, and excellent communication. Multilingual abilities are a plus; impeccable personal presentation and keen attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• B2 English proficiency (or higher) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set the stage for perfect experiences: ensure tables and spaces reflect high cleanliness standards.
• Greet guests, present the menu, take orders, and deliver attentive service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate and impeccable dishes and drinks.
• Engage guests to create memorable experiences and ensure they feel at home.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dishes, ingredients and preparation methods to guests.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in similar positions in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
• Knowledge: Strong command of food and beverage service standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: B2 English, other languages would be an asset
• Attention to Detail: Acuity to identify details and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Image: Impeccable care for personal presentation
