A global language services provider seeks a Vice President, Corporate Development to manage buy-side acquisitions and integration. This senior executive will work closely with the COO to drive strategy and enhance enterprise value. Successful candidates will have a CPA and extensive experience in M&A, demonstrating strong financial modeling skills and leadership in cross-border transactions. This role is critical for the company’s continued global expansion, ensuring operational efficiency and financial soundness.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate development or M&A.
• Deep expertise in buy-side acquisitions including post-acquisition integration.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end buy-side M&A execution.
• Develop financial models and negotiate purchase agreements.
