Welocalize in Madrid is seeking a voice performance coach and director to guide talent through scripted scenarios and on‑the‑fly improvisation. You will ensure natural, regional delivery while keeping sessions flowing and productive.

You will monitor recording quality, provide precise feedback, and maintain organized notes on adjustments for future takes. Experience directing voice talent and proficiency with DAWs are essential for success.

Formación

• Native fluency in the required language with a strong ear for natural phrasing.
• Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice talent.
• Ability to give clear, specific, actionable performance direction.

Responsabilidades

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios and coaching for natural delivery.
• Build quick scene context and improvise to fill narrative gaps live.
• Adapt wording for regional authenticity and natural phrasing.
• Monitor and correct audio quality in real time (mic technique, pacing, noise).
• Maintain organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
