Alignerr is seeking a professional voice actor based in Spain to record natural Spanish (Castilian) dialogues for AI speech research. The role involves 2–3 studio sessions in a professional environment, with single- and dual-speaker recordings and an emphasis on authentic, unscripted speech.

You will work in a contract capacity, delivering high-quality voice performances and communicating in English as needed with the team. Prior experience in broadcasting or performance is a plus.

Formación

Voice Over Artist — Spanish (Spain) - AI Speech Recording

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Spain to participate in paid studio recording sessions — helping leading AI research teams build more natural, human-sounding speech technology.

This is a contract role for experienced voice talent with a native or near-native Spanish (Spain) accent. Your voice won't be cloned — you'll be performing real, natural dialogue that teaches AI how authentic Castilian Spanish actually sounds.

What You’ll Do

• Perform natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio setting
• Take part in single-speaker recordings and dual-speaker dialogue sessions
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that avoids a scripted or robotic feel
• Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios
• Bring your performance instincts to sessions that require authentic, unscripted-sounding speech

Who You Are

• A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with demonstrable experience
• Native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker with a clear Castilian accent
• Currently based in Spain
• Comfortable recording natural conversations and performing dialogue with minimal direction
• Reliable, professional, and receptive to feedback in a studio environment
• Working-level English for communication purposes

Nice to Have

• Background in acting, theatre, or performance
• Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or commercial voice-over
• Prior studio recording experience across multiple session formats
