Alignerr in Spain is seeking professional voice actors for paid in-studio sessions to help train AI speech systems with natural Castilian Spanishspeak. This contract-based project emphasizes authentic performance and clear, natural dialogue.

Sessions are 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each in a local Spanish studio, focusing on both solo and two-person dialogue. English communication is welcome for coordination.

Formación

• Native or near-native Castilian Spanish speaker.

Voice Actor — Spanish (Spain) AI Speech Recording

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in Spain to participate in paid in-studio recording sessions for a cutting-edge AI speech research project. Your authentic Castilian Spanish voice will help train AI systems to better understand natural human speech - making technology more accurate and human for real Spanish speakers everywhere. This project does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do

• Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment
• Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue conversations
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and authentic
• Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery style
• Bring genuine performance energy to every session

Who You Are

• Native or near-native Spanish (Spain) speaker with an authentic Castilian accent
• Currently based in Spain
• Experienced in voice acting, voice-over work, or professional audio performance
• Comfortable recording natural dialogue and conversational speech
• Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
• Working-level English for communication purposes

Nice to Have

• Acting or performance background
• Prior experience in broadcast, podcast, or studio recording environments
• Comfort with both scripted and naturalistic dialogue delivery
