Alignerr is seeking a professional voice actor to record natural Spanish (Spain) in a local studio in Spain. This paid contract role involves in-person studio sessions and potentially multiple sessions across a short-term programme.

Ideal candidates have real recording experience, a native Spain Spanish accent, and are based in Spain. Working-level English is helpful for communication; note this project does not involve voice cloning.

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers around the world? We're working with leading AI research teams to improve how AI systems hear and process natural human speech — and we need authentic, professional Spanish (Spain) voices to make it happen.

This is a paid contract role involving in-person professional studio recording sessions in Spain. The work is straightforward, the sessions are structured, and the impact is real.

Important: This project does not involve voice cloning. Your voice is used solely to improve AI speech understanding.

What You'll Do

• Record natural, conversational Spanish (Spain) speech in a professional studio environment
• Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
• Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and natural
• Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios
• Bring energy, authenticity, and professionalism to every session

Who You Are

• A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
• A native or near-native speaker of Spanish with an authentic Spain accent
• Currently based in Spain
• Comfortable performing natural conversational dialogue — not just formal narration
• Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio environment
• Working-level English for communication purposes

Nice to Have

• Acting or performance background
• Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior studio recording
• Comfort with improvised or dialogue-based performance styles
